Returns: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on returned items. However, we do offer exchanges or store credit for the value of the returned item.
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be covered by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Exchanges/Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your exchange item will be shipped to you, or store credit will be issued within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.
